Join Master Reiki Healer and Teacher, Courtney Cobbs for “Relaxation with Reiki,” a workshop and healing experience. Courtney will give an introductory talk on Reiki, a hands-on energy healing practice that offers relaxation and healing to our physical, mental, and emotional selves. She will also share self-healing methods that participants may practice at home. Lastly, Courtney will lead everyone into a relaxing meditation while giving Reiki healing to the group.
Bio
Courtney Cobbs is a trauma-informed Reiki Master Teacher who has been practicing Reiki for 3.5 years and teaching for 2. She is the founder of Violet Heart Wellness and offers in-person Reiki sessions and classes at her home in Rogers Park. Courtney is passionate about self-care and living life from a place of joy.
